Dr. Ken McCormick
Senior Pastor, Founding Pastor of Tri-City Baptist Temple

Pastor McCormick is a native of Oklahoma. As a young boy of five, he and his family moved to Texas. After graduating from Killeen High School in Killeen, Texas in 1955, he attended the University of Texas. He moved to Tucson, Arizona, where he met and married his wife JoAnn. God blessed them with 2 children, Ken Jr. and Deborah. Pastor and JoAnn have been married 46 years and both were saved at Tucson Baptist Temple under the ministry of Dr. Louis Johnson in 1961. In 1969 Pastor felt the calling of the Lord and they entered Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.

After graduation in 1972, he served on staff at Alice Avenue Baptist Church as Sunday School Administrator under the direction of Rev. Charles Vaden.  In 1973, Pastor and his family moved to Gladstone, Oregon to begin a New Testament Baptist Church ~ Tri-City Baptist Temple. 

JoAnn also serves as a hospital chaplain at
Willamette Falls Hospital in Oregon City, Oregon.

Rev. Allen Turner
Director of Senior & Bus Ministries

Brother Allen Turner is a 1974 pastoral graduate from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. He has served as the Director of Adult Senior Ministries of TCBT since 2002, and is pictured here with his wife, Shirley.

Rev. David Hunter
Young Married Director, Men's Ministry Director

David is a 2003 pastoral graduate from Western States Baptist Bible College in Pomona, CA.  He has served as the Assistant Pastor of Highland Baptist Temple in Highland, CA for three years.  David is the Director of the Young Married and Bus Ministries at TCBT.  He is pictured here with his wife Amber.  They have four children: Samantha, Benjamin, Emma and Isaac.

Randy Balcom
Administrative Youth Pastor

Randy is a 2009 graduate of Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.  He earned a B.S. in Pastoral studies and a B.S. in Youth Ministry.  As our Administrative Youth Pastor, he directs our Junior High, High School & College departments.  Randy and his wife Lori have been married for 17 years and have five children: Adreanna, Moriya, Kadi, Xio and Lewis.

Roberto Guerra
Spanish Pastor

Roberto and Mary Guerra have been members of TCBT since 1990.  The Lord placed the desire in their hearts to begin a Spanish ministry within our church.  Roberto has served as our Spanish Pastor since 1994, where he and Mary lead, teach and provide discipleship to the members of our Spanish congregation.

Marylee Miller
Music Coordinator

As a member of TCBT for twenty-seven years, Marylee has served in many capacities within our music department.  After working directly with several music directors, she assumed the roll of Music Coordinator in 1999.  As an accompanist and vocalist for various groups, the choir, and the congregation, she has used her experience to better the music and drama programs at TCBT.

Debbie Bissonnett
Children’s Ministries Director

Debbie has served in many church leadership roles over the years, and she attended Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College in southern California.  In 2005, she accepted the position of Director of Children’s Ministries.  Her love for the children of TCBT has brought a renewed spirit among our teachers and leaders, and her experience as a teacher with kids of all ages has been a tremendous asset to the families of TCBT.

Shannon Banky
Pastor’s Secretary

As a member of TCBT since 1973, Shannon has been involved in the children’s ministries and the choir since she was a teenager.  She graduated with a degree in business in 1992 from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.  She has served as Pastor’s secretary since 2003.

Bertha Allick
Office Support

As a member of TCBT since 1978, Bertha has served in many different capacities throughout the years.  Today she provides necessary services around the church and assists the office staff.  Bertha offers the kind of support that every office dreams of.  A lady with a willing and servant's heart... that's our Bertha.

Toni Staffon
Office Support, F.I.R.E. Visitation Secretary

Toni provides general office support and general assistance to the church staff and members.  As the F.I.R.E. Visitation Secretary, she also organizes the visitation program.
