character and self-esteem in every child by providing equal playing time for every player, separate leagues for boys and girls, one-hour practice and game each week of the season, and an evaluation process to provide equal opportunity for improvement and more!

2008 Upward Basketball Registration is CLOSED.  Please watch for 2009 Registration information in September of 2008.

Registration forms and fees may be dropped off at the Church Office anytime between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  See Brochure for Evaluation dates.

 

Follow these steps to register online:

Step One:   Registration Form: Upward Basketball Mapquest

This must be filled out and returned immediately - one form per child.

Step Two:   Pay Online: Upward Registration

 

Deadline: December 8th, 2007
