Dear Lord Jesus,
I know that I am a sinner, and am headed for Hell.
I am willing to turn from the sin in my life and make You the Lord and Master of my life. Forgive all my sins and come into my heart right now and save me. For I pray in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
